Equipment
Our standard setup is three skill game machines and one ATM, placed at no cost to you.
Installation
Delivery and setup, scheduled around your store hours.
Skill game maintenance
Regular service visits keep every skill game clean, current and running. Fast repairs when you need them.
ATM training
We train you and your staff to service the ATM. Prefer we handle it? We can, for an additional 10%.
Monthly payouts
We collect on a set schedule and pay your 70% every month with an itemized statement.
County permitted
We only install machines that carry a county permit sticker.

Skill games in Texas
Skill games have won in Texas courts.
A Fannin County court ruled that the skill games seized in the case were not gambling devices. The Texas Sixth Court of Appeals upheld that ruling in 2025, including the order to return the machines and cash.

The court affirmed the trial court's findings that the five devices were not gambling devices under Texas Penal Code §47.01(4), and affirmed the judgment returning the devices and seized cash.

Are skill games legal in Texas?
In 2025, a Texas appeals court upheld a ruling that the skill games in The State of Texas v. 5 Gambling Machines were not gambling devices under Texas law. We only install machines that carry a county permit sticker.
What does it cost me?
Nothing upfront. We supply and install the skill games and the ATM, and we service the skill games. You provide the floor space and power.
How is the 70/30 split calculated?
We record what each machine takes in, subtract fees, and split the net. 70% goes to you and 30% to us. Every line appears on your monthly statement.
How often am I paid?
Every month. Your revenue split is paid monthly with an itemized statement.
Who services the ATM?
You do, and we show you how. We train you and your staff on the ATM at installation. If you would rather we service it, we can for an additional 10%.
Is there a contract?
Yes. You sign a 12 month placement agreement before installation.
How much space do I need?
Enough wall space for three upright cabinets and an ATM, plus standard outlets. We confirm placement at the site visit.
What areas do you serve?
Any location within a 75 mile radius of Houston, including Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Conroe, Pearland, Baytown and Galveston. We also serve Beaumont, Port Arthur, San Antonio and Austin.
